How we handle your information.

Plain-English summary

Right now, the only thing this site collects is the email address you choose to give us when you reserve a spot, plus standard analytics so we can tell if our ads are working. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers that help us run the site (listed below). When the Quit Coach app launches, we’ll publish a more detailed policy specific to in-app data and update this page.

What we collect

• Email address — only when you submit it via the reserve-a-spot form. We use it to email you about the Quit Coach launch and nothing else.
• Source label — which form on the page you used (so we can tell which copy is converting).
• User agent + referrer — your browser’s self-reported user agent string and the URL that referred you, stored alongside your email so we can tell which ads are converting.
• Anonymous analytics — pageviews, clicks, and form submissions, aggregated. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies for advertising profiles.

Service providers we use

• Vercel — hosts the website. Receives standard request logs.
• Supabase — stores the waitlist (your email + the metadata above).
• PostHog — anonymous product analytics (pageviews, conversion).
• Meta Pixel — conversion measurement for our paid ads. Only fires after you click an ad and visit the page; respects your browser tracking-prevention settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to delete it, until you unsubscribe twice, or until the Quit Coach project shuts down — whichever comes first. Aggregated analytics are retained per the default retention of each provider above.

Your rights

At any time you can email hello@quitcoach.life and ask us to:

• Show you what we have on file (a single row, basically).
• Delete your email and associated metadata.
• Stop emailing you (you can also use any unsubscribe link).

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; EEA and UK residents under GDPR. Same email, same response — we don’t treat anyone differently based on jurisdiction.

Kids

Quit Coach is not directed to anyone under 18. If you’re under 18, please don’t submit your email here. If you believe a minor has submitted, email hello@quitcoach.life and we’ll delete it.
