What this is

This is the website for Quit Coach, an AI coaching service that helps users quit nicotine, owned and operated by Pennington Studios, LLC. By using the site or submitting your email, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

No medical advice

Quit Coach is a consumer wellness app, not a medical product. Information on this site or in marketing materials is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional. If you’re trying to quit nicotine and have underlying health conditions, talk to your doctor first.

Joining Quit Coach

When you submit your email to join Quit Coach, you’re entering our onboarding queue. We onboard new users in cohorts to keep coaching quality high, and you’ll receive your onboarding link by email when your cohort opens. Founding-member pricing referenced on the site at the time you signed up ($7.99/mo or $59/yr, locked for life) is honored when you complete onboarding, subject to reasonable cooperation (responding to onboarding emails, completing setup within a reasonable window). We reserve the right to modify the specific terms of any founding promotion if necessary, but won’t silently swap a paid plan onto you without telling you.

Acceptable use

• Don’t submit other people’s emails. Only your own.
• Don’t try to hammer the form with bots or scrape the site.
• Don’t copy substantial portions of the site for your own product.

Intellectual property

All copy, design, code, and brand elements on this site are owned by Pennington Studios, LLC. The brand name, logo, and tagline are claimed as common-law trademarks of Pennington Studios, LLC.

As-is

The site, the app, and any communications from us are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We’re a small team and product features evolve over time — we can’t guarantee any specific feature, performance level, or timeline. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pennington Studios, LLC’s liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months (currently $0 for users who have not yet been onboarded to a paid plan), except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms before launch. Material changes will be reflected via the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
