What this is

This page is a pre-launch site for Quit Coach, a forthcoming app being built by Pennington Studios, LLC. By using the site or submitting your email, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

No medical advice

Quit Coach is a consumer wellness app, not a medical product. Information on this site or in marketing materials is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional. If you’re trying to quit nicotine and have underlying health conditions, talk to your doctor first.

Reserving a spot

When you submit your email to reserve a spot, you’re asking to be notified when the app is ready. We’ll do our best to honor any “founding user” promotional offers (e.g. first 500 free for life) referenced on the page at the time you signed up, subject to your reasonable cooperation (e.g. responding to our launch email, completing app onboarding within a reasonable window once invited). We reserve the right to modify the specific terms of any pre-launch promotion if necessary, but we won’t silently swap a paid plan onto you without telling you.

Acceptable use

• Don’t submit other people’s emails. Only your own.
• Don’t try to hammer the form with bots or scrape the site.
• Don’t copy substantial portions of the site for your own product.

Intellectual property

All copy, design, code, and brand elements on this site are owned by Pennington Studios, LLC. The brand name, logo, and tagline are claimed as common-law trademarks of Pennington Studios, LLC.

As-is

The site and any pre-launch communications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We’re a small team building in public; the app may launch later than estimated, with different features than described, or not at all. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pennington Studios, LLC’s liability arising from your use of this site is limited to $0 — what you paid us — except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms before launch. Material changes will be reflected via the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
